Jean-Claude has over 13 years experience in the building and management of hotels. From design, construction and implementation, Jean-Claude has been the key driver for the success of Emerald City Hotels. As CEO of this hospitality management business, Jean-Claude’s proven success is reflected in the exponential growth in year on year revenue, combined with outstanding customer feedback from all the hotels. This includes Cremorne Point Manor, achieving a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years by Tripadvisor, Glenferrie Lodge's first Certificate of Excellence, only 18 months after acquiring the property, alongside numerous industry awards.

Elisa Surace

CFO

With extensive credentials in both the shipping and property industries, Elisa brings over 20 years experience as Financial Controller. This includes 13 years working as CFO for the Emerald City Hotel Group, a highly successful hospitality management business. As CFO, Elisa is responsible for all record-keeping as well as financial planning, analysis of data and management of financial risks for Emerald City hotel group.

Asher Jannu

COO

Asher Jannu has been managing hotels for 7 years heading a broad range of high level advisory and operational implementation services to the hospitality industry. This includes analytic skills, financial performance analysis, cash flow forecasts and complex reconciliations. As Operational Manager at Glenferrie Lodge, he dramatically increased the hotel’s REVPAR index with the strategic acquisition of long term sustainable base business strategies. His additional duties include sales, revenue maximization, operations, accounting, human resources and facilities. In addition, Asher is responsible for the business plan, marketing, community relations, yield management, forecasting, hotelligence analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses of the current selling strategies and budget development. His research in different electronic distribution channels, to increase and maximize online presence, has resulted in accelerated hotel occupancy.

Jimmy Xie

F&B Manager and Marketing Representative

Jimmy has over 10 years experience in restaurant & hotel F&B management and marketing. He is an enthusiastic leader, powered with strong interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in coaching and directing teams towards preset targets and meeting deadlines. Jimmy is actively involved in maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety during his 10+ year F&B experience.
