This includes 13 years working as CFO for the Emerald City Hotel Group, a highly successful hospitality management business. As CFO, Elisa is responsible for all record-keeping as well as financial planning, analysis of data and management of financial risks for Emerald City hotel group.
Asher Jannu has been managing hotels for 7 years heading a broad range of high level advisory and operational implementation services to the hospitality industry. This includes analytic skills, financial performance analysis, cash flow forecasts and complex reconciliations. As Operational Manager at Glenferrie Lodge, he dramatically increased the hotel’s REVPAR index with the strategic acquisition of long term sustainable base business strategies. His additional duties include sales, revenue maximization, operations, accounting, human resources and facilities. In addition, Asher is responsible for the business plan, marketing, community relations, yield management, forecasting, hotelligence analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses of the current selling strategies and budget development. His research in different electronic distribution channels, to increase and maximize online presence, has resulted in accelerated hotel occupancy.
